Combobox
Spec
Payee autocomplete: type, pick, and the category and last amount fill in.
Rules
- The ARIA combobox pattern: arrow keys move, Enter picks, Escape closes the list, then clears.
- Each suggestion shows the category it fills in (row-secondary) next to its last amount.
- Picking fills category and amount and selects the amount, so typing replaces it.
- The list floats (shadow-float, popup layer), radius lg, at most 18rem tall.
